The quality of the treatments was excellent. The therapists were highly skilled, attentive, and focused on ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Whether it was a massage, facial, body treatment, or another wellness service, everything was performed with care, precision, and professionalism. I especially appreciated the personalized attention and relaxing approach. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout my visit. They took the time to explain the available services, answer my questions, and make recommendations based on my preferences. Their professionalism and positive attitude enhanced the overall experience.

Amazing massage and great people. Very polite

First, I will admit that the massage was excellent. I was very pleased all the way up to the time that I needed to pay. At that point, I was harassed about the amount of my tip. I attempted to leave $20 (18%) at which time I was told that amount was too low. I asked what was suggested and was responded to with a shrug. Uncomfortable and thinking perhaps I was being a little cheap, I agreed to $25 (22.7%). I was then informed that the credit card machine took $5, so I needed to go higher. It finally came out that she wanted a $40 tip, which I was unwilling to give. She also called the manager in to explain to me why I needed to give a bigger tip. This exchange went on for almost 15 minutes while they were trying to talk me into allowing them to type a larger number into the credit card machine. I left more tense than I was when I walked in. Never again.
